Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to the ESP32 Production Firmware Workshop registration at esp32.analogdata.io. We want you to be satisfied with your workshop experience.

2. Workshop Refund Policy

Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time (May 16, 2026, 10:00 AM IST).

• Refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5–7 business days

Workshop Credit (No Cash Refund)

If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop start time:

• No cash refund will be provided
• You will receive a credit for a future workshop of equal value
• Credit is valid for 6 months from the original workshop date
• Credit is non-transferable

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the workshop without prior cancellation:

• No refund or credit will be provided
• You will still receive 1 year LMS access to workshop recordings
• You will receive access to source code on GitHub

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the workshop
• No-show without prior notification
• Inability to attend due to personal reasons
• Dissatisfaction with workshop content after attending
• Technical issues with your personal laptop, hardware, or internet connection during the workshop
• Accounts suspended for policy violations or code of conduct breaches

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Email support@analogdata.iowith subject line “Workshop Refund Request”
2. Include your registered email address and Razorpay transaction ID
3. State the reason for your refund request
4. Our team will respond within 2 business days

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved:

• Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to your original payment method
• Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days
• You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

6. Workshop Cancellation by Analog Data

In the rare event that we cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances:

• You will receive a full refund within 7 business days
• Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a future workshop date
• We will notify you at least 48 hours in advance if possible

7. Workshop Rescheduling

If the workshop is rescheduled to a different date:

• Your registration automatically transfers to the new date
• If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund
• Refund request must be made within 7 days of rescheduling announcement
