Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Service

The ESP32 Production Firmware Workshop is a live online workshop conducted over Zoom. This policy explains how we deliver workshop access and related digital materials.

2. Workshop Delivery

Live Online Workshop

The workshop is conducted online:

• Platform: Zoom (joining link shared via email)
• Dates:May 16–17, 2026
• Timings:10:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST (both days)

You must attend the workshop live on Zoom using the link sent to your registered email address.

No Physical Hardware Shipped

• Participants are expected to arrange their own ESP32 dev board and USB cable
• A recommended hardware list is shared in the pre-workshop email
• No physical items are shipped to participants

3. Digital Delivery

Confirmation Email

Upon successful registration and payment:

• You will receive a confirmation email within minutes
• Email includes your GST invoice (PDF) and transaction ID
• Workshop Zoom joining link is sent 24–48 hours before the event

LMS Access

After the workshop:

• You will receive LMS login credentials within 24 hours of workshop completion
• Access is valid for 1 year from the workshop date
• LMS includes session recordings, slides, and reference materials

Source Code Access

• GitHub repository access is provided during the workshop
• All project source code is available for download
• Code is licensed for personal and educational use

Certificate of Completion

• Digital certificate is issued within 7 days of workshop completion
• Certificate is sent to your registered email address
• Certificate can be shared on LinkedIn and other platforms

4. Access Requirements

To access digital materials and attend the workshop, you need:

• Valid email address (same as registration)
• Stable internet connection
• Zoom client (free download from zoom.us)
• Compatible web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• Your own laptop with ESP-IDF installed and an ESP32 dev board

5. Email Communications

You will receive emails from @analogdata.io addresses containing:

• Registration confirmation and GST invoice
• Zoom joining link and pre-workshop setup instructions
• LMS access credentials
• Certificate delivery notification

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience issues receiving emails or accessing content:

1. Check your spam / junk folder for emails from @analogdata.io
2. Add support@analogdata.io to your contacts
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
4. Try accessing from a different browser or device
5. Contact support@analogdata.io for assistance

Our support team responds within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).

7. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical products. All materials are delivered digitally:

• Zoom joining link, GST invoice, certificates via email
• Source code via GitHub
• Recordings and slides via LMS
