1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using esp32.analogdata.io and registering for the ESP32 Production Firmware Workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

Analog Data provides a hands-on, live online ESP32 Production Firmware Workshop focused on embedded systems, ESP-IDF, FreeRTOS, WiFi, and MQTT. The workshop includes:

  • 2-day live online workshop (May 16–17, 2026 on Zoom)
  • Access to all source code on GitHub
  • 1 year access to workshop recordings and content on our LMS
  • Certificate of completion
  • Community access for continued learning

3. Workshop Registration & Payment

By registering for the workshop, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information (name, email, phone)
  • Pay the full workshop fee including 18% GST
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Bring your own ESP32 dev board and laptop with ESP-IDF installed
  • Attend the workshop live on Zoom using the link provided to you

4. Hardware Policy

This is an online workshop. Participants are expected to arrange their own hardware:

  • ESP32 development board (any variant with USB)
  • USB data cable
  • Laptop / desktop capable of running ESP-IDF

A recommended hardware list is shared in the pre-workshop email. Analog Data does not ship any physical hardware.

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, presentations, code samples, and materials are the intellectual property of Analog Data. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal learning only.

You may not:

  • Redistribute workshop content or create derivative works for commercial purposes
  • Use materials to create competing services
  • Share LMS access credentials or Zoom joining links with others
  • Record the live Zoom sessions without explicit permission

Source code provided on GitHub is licensed for personal and educational use.

6. Code of Conduct

Workshop participants must:

  • Behave respectfully towards instructors and other participants
  • Not disrupt the workshop or interfere with others’ learning
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities
  • Keep cameras on during interactive sessions (recommended)

7. Refunds & Cancellations

8. Limitation of Liability

Analog Data’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the workshop. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages or lost profits
  • Technical issues with your personal laptop, hardware, or internet connection
  • Inability to attend due to personal or technical reasons

9. Workshop Cancellation by Us

In the rare event we cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a full refund within 7 business days
  • Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a future workshop date
  • We will notify you at least 48 hours in advance if possible

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career advancement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
